IMPORTANT!!!

Given your position in your church/ministry and your leadership of the mission team for which you are applying, CV International is entrusting the composition of the team itself to you. Please keep in mind the age requirements and maximum numbers as you put your team together, as this information comes directly from our missionary partners in those countries. If you have more than the maximum number for a particular country who want to go, let's talk! That is a great problem to have!

Although we are entrusting the makeup of the team to you, CV International requires TWO additional personal references for each student so that we may get to know your students as well. As their pastor, youth pastor, or ministry leader, you are automatically counted as their third reference. You do not have to fill out a reference form for each student, but please download the form from our "Downloads" page and distribute two copies to each student who is interested in participating. Let them know that the other two references cannot be relatives. Also, if any of your students will be under the age of 18 at the time of the trip, a parental permission/medical consent form MUST be on file for each student. This form is also available from our Downloads page. Please include this form with the packet of information you give to each student.
